NYU Poly ETS Reporting codes??

Hey guys,

Does anyone know ETS institution & department codes for NYU Poly MS Financial Engineering program? (for GRE score report??) I couldn't find the information on their website, and the graduate center is not answering the phone. Also, they haven't replied the email yet.

Hi Andy ,
While giving gre i didnt have much idea about the GRE code and Dept code for NYU POLY so by mistake i filled School code as 2668 and Dept code as well as 4312 which is for Risk Management Certification ..
and for Toefl submitted to any other department not listed .
Do i need to resubmit my toefl and gre scores to NYU -POLY ?
