Hello All,
I plan to pursue a MFE from a University listed in Top 15 as per Quantnet rankings.

Profile:
1. GPA of 3.3/4 (as per WES Evaluation) - BCom (University of Mumbai)
2. CFA Level 3 candidate (To appear in June 2016) and FRM Part 2 candidate.
3. Was pursuing C.A. (from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)-Cleared the entrance exam and the 2nd exam. Did not complete CA course though (Final exam pending).
4. Work Experience: Worked as a full time intern for 3 years at a mid-sized CA firm in Mumbai. Work area: Audit(Statutory/Forensic/Internal/Concurrent)

I'm not working currently, will begin searching for work in June.
I intend to take up certification courses in C++ and Matlab on coursera. I have done Java in the 10th grade.
Additionally I'll take a few courses on Calculus and Differential equations as well (Same source)
Any points on how could I strengthen my application further?
All guidance/tips will be appreciated.

You have a shot at decent schools but top 10 will be out of range. Someone with Math & Programming skills will always have an advantage over you despite your finance credentials. Get a short course Diploma in Math from mumbai and you will increase your chances at the top ranks or you should improve your quality of work exp and apply to Booth MBA.

Thank you for your response.
Won't the certification courses in programming and math help strengthen my application as well as chances of acceptance to the top schools?
