What's the best program in financial engineering/quantitative finance in europe? (not in uk) and what are the differences between master in 1 year and 2 year?

As far as I gather, Bocconi MAFINRISK, Frankfurt School of Finance MQF, ETH Zurich MQF are all solid programs in Europe, and the aforementioned universities are quite reputed too.
