Quest Trade

Hey- Have any of you guys used Quest trade to trade in the market at all?
I want to start using it - but I just want to make sure its a good brokerage. It is much cheaper than my bank - but I am worried, is it less reliable? Obviously It's not as reliable as a big time bank, but am I safe to use it?
Any insight would be great

I was also wondering if any of you guys here goof around with this virtual/online trading software like FXCM to actually improve your trading skill and come up with some of your own strategies??
