I am currently planning to apply for MFE program. My background is listed below:

Hong Kong CityU BSc in Computer Science
Overall GPA 3.40/4.00, Major GPA 3.65/4.00
one year full time working experience in HBSC Global Banking and Markets
one summer research experience
GRE 650 + 800 + 3
TOEFL 27 25 23 25 = 100
Passed CFA Level I

I wonder which MFE program I can get in.

I am now considering :
MFE at Columbia
Math of Fin at Columbia
Chicago
NYU
USC
U of Toronto

Do I get chance to get in any of these programs? Do major GPA help?

GPA is a little low. The major GPA helps a bit though. Also I'm speaking from an American perspective I don't know if a 3.4/4 is good overseas. AW is also a little low too. I'm not sure how much weight they put on that though. Hopefully, other people will chime in. Your work experience is a definite plus. And the CFA L1 comes in handy regarding USC.
