I am an aspiring student at the Baruch College . I am applying for MFE-09. I am sending the hard copies of the recommendation letters to the admissions office. The problem is that my recommender has sent me the recommendation letter sealed in an envelope without the recommendation form. He told me that almost all the questions that were asked in the recommendation form have been answered in the recommendation letter that he has written. Should I send this recommendation letter to the university as it is? I am afraid that my application might become weak due to this. Please guide me on this.
