Hi all,

is that okay for me to get a certificate for C++ instead of study courses in school? There are a lot of online C++ courses that I can get certificate at last; however, not too much online institutes offer me credits that I can transfer them to my transcript.
How should i do??

Sherry.

You post under the UCB forum so I assume you target the question towards that program?
UCB has its own online C++ cert program. It is cutomized for their incoming and prospective students so it would work for that program only.
If you want to use some online course to apply to different programs, it is advised that you inquire with individual programs. Most if not all of these online courses won't give you college credits.
