Rutgers University MQF vs USC MFE vs Johns Hopkins University Financial Mathematics

Hi! I've been admitted to all these programs above. I know that they are not as good as other top tier programs, but still wondering if anyone can help me make a choice.

I am an international student and want to find a full-time job in New York, which one would be my best choice?

I would pick USC or JHU there are jobs around those universities if you're ever interested in settling down there, and you can go sanfrancisco or new york quickly if needed.

Rutger is closer to nyc but then again there are no jobs around it.
