US Top 60 school undergraduate, Applied Mathematics & Statistics major with 3.8 GPA(I was Business management major for 1.5 years then switched). One quant research buy side internship in China, was dealing with multi-factor models and machine learning. Programming: Python, Java, R. Math: Probability, Statistics, ODE, PDE, Numerical Analysis, Stochastic Process, Time-series. No Gre (I tried, too hard to get a 170 on math).

I am wondering what programs matches my background that I should apply for.

Take the C++ course.
Define your career goal and then find programs that match this goal.
If you want to work in a risk management role, with a good work life balance, live in a slow pace, low cost of living city like Charlotte, then NCSU is a great choice. This is just one example.
