Sell-side Quant roles for international Students

I understand the Imperial College London: MSc Mathematics and Finance and the University of Oxford: MSc Mathematical and Computational Finance are good for employment and most alumni end up getting jobs. Is the same true for international students though? Are firms willing to hire international students from these programs?
