Sending fax from FAXCOMEXLib library -- financial db

I'm trying to send a fax from my financial database to confirm a deal has been closed, I tried to do it with FAXCOMEXLib library in Windows but it didn't work for me, does anyone have any idea, maybe there is a solution special for financial software?
