I am currently working on a research paper for my Financial Economics undergraduate course. The topic is 'Secondary equity offers in Australia: Who raises capital this way and what happens to firms subsequent to the SEO'.
However, I am struggling to find any reasonable data of SEOs, especially in Australia, and I figured some of you probably have access to good financial databases and might help me out on this.
Any relevant qualitative and quantitative is much appreciated.
