Hello, is anyone here with experience in SIG Dublin? I'm considering a Quant Dev role working with Quant researchers and traders.
1) Is it a good place to work on interesting problems, learn and progress?
2) What would be the compensation for this kind of role? (I have 3yoe from sell side)
3) What's the long-term outlook, is there a possibility to change to research or quant trading, in case I'd want to try something new?

Thank you very much!
