Look at US News and World College Rankings. This is very general, you should probably post what you want to go to Stanford for, and this is kind of like asking what have you heard of Harvard, I mean sounds like a rhetorical question almost.

"hey i am going to stanford". common be realistic. it is one of the richest schools in the world. you get all the connections. so teneciousj if you are an undergrad what are you doing on this forum - bit early for you isn't it. or are you admitted already.

I've heard a lot of "bad."
Barely any "good."

And most of the "good" I heard was "good for nothing" and the like. Lake Forest is a much better school.
