Stock Chart X--Alternative

Hi,

I am currently working on implementing a charting solution for one my company's financial products.

We have analyzed a tool stock chart x for this. Their website is below:-

However I was thinking if you guys knew of any other better alternative of these stock chart x.

May be better in GUI or in some chart related features.......

I used Dundas Chart in the past and it integrates well with .NET
Charts for Windows, Web, C#, VB.NET and Reporting Services

There may be better charting components to suit your needs if you don't care so much about the financial charting aspect, because StockChartX does not support pie charts, mountain, area, or other standard types. We focus only on financial charting such as candlesticks, bars, renko, kagi, tlb, equi-volume, candle volume, Heikin Ashi, line studies (Gann, Fib, etc.) and technical indicators (MACD, CMO) and so forth.

Also in addition to the older COM version for C++ that you may be using we have a new WPF version for .NET and a Silverlight version for the web.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the product better for you. If there is a financial charting feature that we are missing, we will do our best to add it ASAP.

ModulusFE, thanks for the info related to the WPF version. Actually we really like your financial charting features, because we specifically need them for one of our product. But we were looking for better GUI experience, as we were analyzing your old COM version of charts.

Now that we have looked at your WPF version, the GUI shown is alot better than what was available in the old COM version. So we would like to have some trial version of this product for some of our R&D.

Could you please give me the download link to the trial version for these WPF enable charts?

I dont know how much of use will this lib be to you, but I did use some of hte features you mentioned MACD,BB, line,candlesticks bars etc...
and I think they are free to use ...
