I would like to hear everyone's opinion on what kind of annual salary the following employee could expect to make?

in terms of money perspective, It is really bad salary. IT professional ( developers) make way more than this. As far as I know, minimum would be 80-90K ( They don't live in NY either)

yeah, there are others who are at funds who are making much more, but the above range encompasses your standard bulge bracket analyst and associate positions.

What makes you assume a developer should make less than an actuary? Developers can make quite a lot of money inside and outside of finance.
