Hello everyone. I am currently a Florida high school student and have been accepted into UF / UFL / University of Florida for Summer B Term. This was my best option considering my financial position. I have bright futures so my undergrad tuition is paid for, and I have max FAFSA money as well. I’m aspiring to Major im Mathematics, Minor Unknown. Would it be possible to become a quant going to this school? If so, what would be the suggested roadmap/track to take in order to reach the goal. FYI I’d also appreciate knowing an ideal minor as well as grad, as hopefully afterwards I can transfer out the state to a good quant program. Thank you!

Your undergrad may not matter as little chance you will get into a quant position with a BS degree. You can do Stats minor so you can take all the important math courses.
Then take the C++ courses (first and advanced C++), Python course here to complete your programming skill.
Some people may suggest a CS minor or double major but that may involve extra time or unnecessary courses.
Get some internship and do lot of reading.

Thank you very much Andy, I hope to get familiarized with this career path and your suggestions are the building block to this. I am very grateful for this response.

You are at the right place very early in this process so it's a good thing.
Start off with this list which could take a few months to get some better idea on the industry.
