Hi everyone,

I can take 5 classes as BS Applied Mathematics electives. I have selected 3 classes and still not sure about rest 2.

Confirmed 3 classes
-Stochastic Processes I
-Financial Mathematics I
-Statistical Inference I

2 from the following list
-Stochastic Processes II
-Financial Mathematics II
-Statistical Inference II
-Time Series Analysis
-PDE
-Actuarial Mathematics

I would appreciate any opinion with reasoning.

Thank you.

I'd say take PDE. PDEs pop up all over the place and more exposure to PDEs will help you a lot in grad school.

I'm not opinionated about the rest of your choices. If it was me, I'd take Time Series because I find the theory interesting and Time Series data is common in Finance and elsewhere (but it's probably ok to approach Time Series for the first time in grad school).
