I obtained a 70% scholarship for the University of Chicago Master in Financial Mathematicsics and an admission to the MSc Mathematics & Finance at Imperial, I am an EU national wanting to work in the US or Europe. Which program would give the best job prospects in your opinion ?

If you want to work in the US, this is a no-brainer. Make your life easier and go to Chicago, it's a fantastic city too. You are already a EU citizenship and people in europe know the value of the Chicago degree. Even if they don't, the work experience you will gain here in the US will make you competitive back in Europe regardless whether you went to Imperial or Chicago.
