I had an interview a couple of weeks ago but have not heard anything since.

Sure, I had it January 30th. It was purely behavioral, no technical questions.

I submitted mine around the 17,18th of December

I sent them an email last Friday and got an automatic reply

Just received another email telling me that my application is complete and that they are in the process of reviewing application and sending interview invitations. They also mentioned that decisions will be released March 31st at the latest.

I checked this website and it says no decision has been made regarding my application. The status in the app system is 'submitted'.
