No problem, I guess one thing I should have expressed more clearly is that I have no issues with business schools in general. As you stated there are many business schools that host top programs that are excellent quantitatively.
Could you please mention which business schools you think are excellent quantitatively?

What did you end up choosing I am in the same dilemma and got accepted to both …

'UCL Computational Finance vs Imperial Business School RMFE — Aspiring Quant Developer' was merged into this thread.
Hi all,

I've been accepted to UCL's MSc in Computational Finance and Imperial College Business School's MSc in Risk Management and Financial Engineering for Fall 2025. My goal is to become a Quant Developer, ideally in London.

Quick background:

BTech in AI & Data Science
Strong Python/C++, ML/DL experience
Projects in algo trading, reinforcement learning
Internship in data engineering and analytics

I'm leaning towards UCL for its technical focus, but Imperial has strong brand value and networking. I’d appreciate insight on:

Placement into quant dev roles
Program reputation among top firms
Fit for someone with a tech-heavy profile

Thanks in advance!
