VS2019 Super Laggy. Is it intellisense issue?

I've been experiencing this since HW2. I don't think it is my computer problem. Every time I add some code or comment, VS will lag for a few seconds. Is there any one have same issue?

You can try disabling intellisense : C++ IntelliSense - Visual Studio

Another thing I noticed is that Microsoft can seemingly monitor keystrokes etc. in VS..

I can't remember but default VS install is keystroke ON??

I turned it off.

Thanks! I turned everything off. And will gradually turn something back until find which is broken again haha.

Thanks! Disabled. Also there's a intellicode, I turned that off too.
