It's all important from a holistic point of view, because if you're weaker in one area you can make up for it in other areas. From talking with multiple programs, it varies.
Multiple top programs prioritize GRE & GPA. From there, it's definitely a combination of the remaining factors: work/internship & projects, coursework (and how tough the classes are), essays (video & written), LoR, and prestige. They should all reinforce your career & academic alignment with the program. And it should be clear what you're doing to address any gaps too.
If prestige isn't there, that's fine - but make sure the rest of your application is strong (LoR, essays, courses, experience or projects, etc.).
Keep in mind that a lot of these applications are reviewed by committees, with each member viewing the application from a different perspective.
