Which programs are friendly towards older applicants?

Specifically, those in their early 30's. I've heard that MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley will be extremely tough to get into for older applicants while princeton/columbia/nyu/uchicago are much more open with respect to age. Is this true?
 
I don't know if this is the case, but a note that MIT, Stanford, UCB, Princeton are full-time only programs.
You should also take into consideration how long those "older applicants" have been out of school for and whether their math knowledge is too rusty.
Programs that take part-time students may have different criteria.
