It depends. If you mean the genuine risk management then the answer is "no, at least not in the near future".
But in the sense of this great article the robots are much better (and cheaper) box checkers than humans: Regulators have reduced risk managers to box checkers, making sure they take every measure of risk and report it dutifully on extensive forms. “It just consumes more and more staff, turning them into accountants and rotting brains.”
