About using R program in Finance

Hello, everyone, I am just wondering is there quite often people will implement R program in Finance? I know the C language must be the prior choice, however I am just also wondering that is there any book to be recommend about using R in Finance? Thanks a lot!

R is more powerful than S+ nowadays. Why do you want to have S+?

S+ = R..functionality is almost the same.

I recommended that book is for information purpose. You can always refer to R to change the codes.
