Advise for universities for MS in FEngg

Hi guys i am new to quantnet. I have scored a 164 in quant n a 149 in verbal 3.5 in analytical in the new gre. The conversion charts that i referred show that 164- 790(old quant) 149- 440(old verbal)

I have an average gpa of 3.5.
I am an Engineer in the electronics and telecommunication dept with no work exp.
Please let me know which are the best universities i should be looking for MS in mathematical finance or Ms in Financial engg. I would not prefer to retake the gre.

Thanks for the reply Andy. I have been very carefully following the tracker. But I could not find Georgia Institute of Technology. Can you please let me know if I have a shot at its program. Also, I am still a little confused with Columbia University. Should I try there too?
