Anyone know where to get a copy of Statistical Arbitrage by Stephen Smith?

I am looking for a book called Statistical Arbitrage by Stephen Smith. Supposedly Smith pulled the plug on the book right when it was getting published and decided not to put it out. But there are rumors that a manuscript of this book exists somewhere.

Has anyone heard of this book and know where I can get a copy of the manuscript?
