I am looking into starting a Part-Time FE or FM program(in NYC) and trying to choose between Columbia's MAFN , NYU , Baruch , or CMU's MSCF (I am not sure Cornell's CFEM offers part-time).I am quite indifferent as to which of these schools I attend but one thing , among others, that will determine my preference is time of completion of program.

It appears MAFN (requiring on 10 courses) may be the viable choice , but they only offer Fall admission .

I'd greatly appreciate inputs on average known completion time for part-time students for these programs .

Thanks

...,provided you got an admission.

I think there will be a trade-off between performance and the program completion time. Speaking from xp, the Baruch Program can be done in 2 years or less if you will put more effort. The Program features flexible curriculum throughout the year, convenient location and it allows you to balance the load; this is not to mention other benefits.

Thanks for the response . Do you know if these programs offer summer classes ?

I meant regular classes for credit , I didn't know (till you mentioned ) that they have refresher summer classes.

Also do you know if MAFN offers regular classes for credit in the summer ?
