Can i get job as quant ? I don't have Formal degree but i am really good at mathematics and statistics also at C++, i am software engineer currently and like to come in this field.

P.s : If there are people who became quant without degree please mention them too it gives confidence boost.

It's a really tough sell and hard to give concrete feedback on without you posting links to your code or papers. Larger and well-established firms will more likely reject you outright than smaller ones.
