Can I get Job as Quant without degree? if I am genuinely good at Mathematics, Statistics and Computer science with proven record.

Can i get job as quant ? I don't have Formal degree but i am really good at mathematics and statistics also at C++, i am software engineer currently and like to come in this field.

P.s : If there are people who became quant without degree please mention them too it gives confidence boost.
