Career advise needed! Please help

Hello friends!
I am graduating this May 2013 in Mechanical & Automotive Engineering from India. I have been offered a job at AIG as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst & a job at ZS Associates as Analytics Associate (Analyst) in India.
Considering to pursue Masters in quantitative finance after 1 year job experience, please help me in choosing the right job. (If I join AIG, I am planning to sit for FRM L1 this November)
Also would it be a fair bet to pursue MS after 1 year job experience from career point of view in USA.
