Certificate courses in FE / Part-time FE

Hi ,
I am looking for certificate course in FE or part time FE programs in NYC/jersey city area. I do have programming background, however, I want to use this course as a refresher or bridge.
Can anyone please suggest any courses.

Thanks Andy. I want to do it with some Univ as there are some advantages like access to rescources/computing facilities/ classroom interaction which I guess will not be availabe if I go for CQF. Are you aware of any satellite campuses in manhattan apart from CMU. Also any thoughts on Steven's in NJ?
