Hope this is in time.
I would suggest to go for MSOR.
1. The courses are very closely linked to finance. it is not about operations but you can choose derivative pricing, corporate finance and many more. MAFN columbia courses sound like math/qaunt learning to someone who already knows finance.

2. seems like MSOR has a better and stable faculty whereas MAFN courses faculty is to be announced.
