It is not appropriate for me to discuss our recruiting strategy. I will say that being on the waitlist is not a bad thing. Offers come both from the waitlist and applicants that are not on a waitlist.

Yes, all applications are being considered. Again, we have a rolling application process with a final deadline in May.
