Hi folks,

I have been admitted to the program at Cornell in Feb. but I was too excited to read the admission letter through. I just found out that I need to complete two prerequisite courses, 2nd level probability and C++ programming, before enrollment. However, I have already graduated and don't know where to take the courses. Can anyone help and sugget some possible ways? Thanks!

You should check out your local colleges and take it in the summer. A lot of people asked about pre-reqs during the info sessions and basically they said you should take it at a accredited college if possible. In certain cases you can also try for an online course if you email them ahead of time and they approve.

Thank you for the response. Do you know any of the online courses I could chose? The thing is that I have already graduated and come back to China, so instead of going back to the States and attend summer school I think taking online course is much preferable.

Sorry I don't know off the top of my head. You might want to email the director and ask her directly. I remember some people asked her about the C++ program offered on this site but I forgot what she said.
