Just got email saying I was put on their waitlist, with more than two months to go. Does time indicate anything about wl ranking etc.? Anyone in the same situation? Thanks!

my guess is that a successful interview after wl improves your WL position and vice versa; without an interview or wled after interview, your WL position is probably just fixed.

Does anyone know how big is the wait list?

I posit that they put many candidates in the wait list (about 50) just to be sure, but just a few will get an offer.
