Decline in NYU Courant Mathematics in Finance Rankings – Insights?

I noticed that NYU Courant's Mathematics in Finance program has experienced a significant drop in rankings, going from 7th last year to 13th this year. Previously, it was even ranked higher than NYU Tandon's MS in Financial Engineering. Are there any particular reasons for this decline in standing? Could it be due to changes in the program, faculty, or shifts in the industry landscape?
