Hello wise forum,
I am planning to apply for an MSc programme (I live in England). I did my undergraduate degree in Financial Mathematics, so I understand a bit about the subject- however I am at a loss to describe the differences between an MSc in Quantitative Finance or an MSc in Financial Mathematics. For instance, here is the link to both of Cass Business School's courses:
http://www.cass.city.ac.uk/courses/masters/courses/financial-mathematics#courses-details=1
http://www.cass.city.ac.uk/courses/masters/courses/quantitative-finance#courses-details=1
They both focus on similar things- theory behind financial markets, object-oriented programming and financial modelling.
Anybody care to shed some light?
