Appreciate if you can share the nature of interview (technical / behavioral) and questions asked for the benefit of quant community. Also, when did you apply?
Hi Jfytus,
I have applied to NTU MFE in last week of Feb and waiting for their reply. I too have completed all my CFA and FRM levels and have a work exp of about 3.5 years in programming and finance. Were you interviewed? If so, what was the nature of the interview?
Applied in January starting. Got interviewed on Feb 17th and they extended the offer on Feb 20th . The interview was very short comprising of basic mathematics questions on Limits, differentiation and integration . I don't think I did too well as was out of touch for so long with these concepts. Asked me why did I want to join and all and what do I want to take out of this programme etc.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!
If solely talking about the MFE program regardless other factors and overall quality of the university, NTU MFE is no doubt the best in Singapore and there was no debate about that. NUS MFE and SMU MQF may probably be around the same from my personal view.
