Followup for second round

Hello,

I had an interview with a MD (hiring manager) last Thursday and I think it went well. He mentioned in the end that he wanted me to speak to two more people who run the desk are probably below him. I havent heard back from the HR person to schedule the next round. Whats the typical timeline to wait before responding back to HR for status?
