Anyone tried entering into one of these positions? What was the selection criteria like? What tests did you do? Anyone can upload or find on the web test questions that are similar to ones asked by the interviewer? I heard it was basic numerical calculations.

What are these positions? Trainee? Trader assistant?
Are they at IBs?
Tests vary between employers, groups. Some have no tests at all.

The process is the general recruiting process. But it will have more behavioral questions than technical questions. Not any specific questions related to sales&trading. If you can understand Heard on The Street quite well, that will be fine. It sometimes has basic numerical calculations (similar to GMAT math), but everyone can ace it during the interview. The real question is that people in S&T have very diverse backgrounds. It is not just how sophisticated you are, but what are your potential and personalities.
