I am an undergrad student studying accounting and finance.Although ,my bachelor doesn't offer enough subjects in maths. Is there any way to improve my knowledge in maths and get admitted to an MFE or msc in operation research?
Sorry, but i am not from USA,so that's the problem.I am from Greece and my bachelor offers only one subject in maths(which includes both calculus and linear algebra) and 2 subjects in statistics. But i think these are not enough for the MFE.

No there is no elective in maths in my curriculum(except if i can take courses from other departments, but i m 95% sure that this is not possible). That's a same, cause i love finance, but i am also a mathematical kind of person.
Yes,my goal is to improve my maths, but when i will apply for an MFE,what will i have as a proof for my mathematical backround? If i just attend for example some math courses in the statistics department,i will not participate in the exams and of course i will end up with no certificate.
You certainly need to have taken the following math courses:
2 courses in Calculus
Linear Algebra
Probability
...anything else would be bonus (analysis, time series, ...)
It is not enough "knowing" these courses. You must show proof of completion. You should just sign up for the courses independent of your degree. Or take them at another college: even online.
I self evaluated my profile and found that I might get rejection from some colleges on basis of my Mathematics knowledge.
As for my background I am an engineer from India and have done Maths in four semesters during my engineering. The courses include
2 courses in Calculus
Linear Algebra
Probability
ODE/PDE etc
I have average marks(out of 100) but do not know how they will look after they are converted to GPA. Also I have FRM Level 1 in Nov this year but do not know whether it will do any good to add to my Maths background(As earlier discussed on some threads).
Can anybody guide me what I should do? Right now I can only think of the UCLA Maths Prep Course which starts tomorrow(Do not know whether I'll be allowed to register tomorrow). Will the UCLA Maths Prep Course be enough to fulfill my Maths requirements or my Indian Engineering background is sufficient?
Also I want to apply to some courses that are hosted by the Maths Department which I guess will not help my application either.
