How easy it is get a transfer from IIT's MS in Finance to MMF?

Hi Guys,

I have got an admit for MS in finance from IIT. I actually wanted an admit for MMF but they havent given it.

So I wanted to know if i get into MS in finance, how easy or difficult it would be to change the programme for MSF to MMF in IIT.
 
You can ask, but I doubt they would let you. They will probably tell you to apply again next year.
 
Not familiar with IIT, but I would tend to agree that they would not let you switch. But most likely you will be able to take classes in the other area without a problem
