[FONT=&quot]The research intern will serve a vital role in assisting our recruiting staff in generating top-flight talent within the financial services industry for our global clientele. The intern will work side-by-side with our partners, account managers and recruiters; learning about the world of finance, as well as the business of recruiting.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Qualified candidates will have an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, as they serve as the primary source of information and data entry into Exemplar's proprietary database. The position has the potential to develop into a full-time role at our firm.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Responsibilities[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Collect, classify and input information on candidates and firms into EP's database[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Source and identify potential candidates[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Research publications for potential candidates and firms, and input data into database[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Create organizational charts and other presentation materials[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Requirements[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Strong communications skills, written and verbal[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Acute attention to detail[/FONT]
§[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ability to grasp financial and technical jargon[/FONT]
