Cornell FE Is cornell program all located in Manhattan?

If so, does that do any good to its job placement? Seems the placement in Cornell isnt that good either. like 70% from its official website.

No. Only the last semester of the program is in Manhattan.

89% placement
43 students with 54 offers
Some internships are extended into part time jobs in the fall

December 2009 Full Time
97% placement as of today
80% as of December 2009
