I disagree with the conclusion. Theresa might only sleep with him after Hell becomes cold, but Hell becoming cold does not necessitate sex with Theresa. Therefore one cannot make a conclusion about the state of Hell based on the lack of sex. If he had indeed had sex with Theresa then one might conclude that Hell is cold, but one cannot conclude the inverse.
