Language Minor Better than knowing the language?

I have the opportunity to study Chinese, Japanese, and Arabic to the advanced level but I'd only be able to minor/major in one along with my major. Is it professionally more worth it to get a minor or even a major in one language than to study all three and not pursue a degree just study them for enjoyment but know the language well enough to communicate with natives?
