Check the pre-requisite requirements of the MFE programs. They often include calculus, linear algebra, programming, etc..
If your BSc program didn't include any of these requirements, then you can compensate by taking the Pre-MFE courses and certifications.
Cover all the gaps in your foundation of knowledge and then apply, given that you have a statistics background, I think you'll be eligible for most MFE interviews. For ex: CMU MSCF class has 40% students with math & stat background.
However, getting into a program depends on your overall profile including the motivation to apply for the MFE, career goals, work experience, and GRE, etc., and most importantly your competition i.e. other applicants.
