Hey, I was thinking about going to an MFE program in Israel.

Any insight into how this might be viewed if I came back state side? I have good undergrad grades in math from a top public (non-target). Assuming my training is up to par would the lack of name brand cause an issue getting an interview? Thanks

The usual approach has been to study in the geography that is closest to where you want to work due to network/internship/job opportunity.
Israel is way off the beaten path so unless you have some unique reason to do so, I would reconsider.
People from outside the financial centers have more problems getting a call from Wall Street firms than their NYC counterpart, then why would Israel help you at any?
"Assuming my training is up to par". You don't know this to be true because you have nothing to compare with.
